Shipping & Returns

We stand behind the products handcrafted by our artisan partners, and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do. The irregularities in weaving, dyeing, and glazing are a feature of handmade items, and we are confident that you’ll appreciate them. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you with your return.

All returns must be pre-approved by Wanderlust Collectables. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at wanderlustcollectables@gmail.com and let us know which item you are returning.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.

If you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery for items that are returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging, with a copy of your receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions. If 1 week has elapsed since your receipt of delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If the product is defective, the onus is on the customer to notify us within 48 hrs. If you wish for us to collect the product, please contact the store. We reserve the right to charge you for this service, as this contributes towards the cost of administration and collection.
