Description
The jutti or Punjabi Jutti is a type of footwear common in North India. Ours are made of leather (in the traditional way), they were inspired by Indian royalty over 400 years ago. They have no right or left distinction and over time take the shape of the foot. They eventually become as comfortable as a pair of slippers. Our range have pure silk or cotton uppers, embellished with beads, embroidery or bells, and come in a variety of colours. Times have changed and although they remain a part of ceremonial attire you can wear them everyday. We love how our juttis spruce up a pair of jeans or go beautifully with a simple, sweet dress.
